Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager of Artificial Intelligence to lead and manage our company's AI initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of AI solutions that drive business growth, increase efficiency, and improve customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an AI strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and researchers to develop and implement AI solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and identify opportunities for AI to drive business growth and improve efficiency.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field of AI.
- Develop and manage the AI department's budget and resources.
- Ensure the AI solutions are compliant with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
- Track and measure the performance of AI solutions, and make adjustments as needed.
- Communicate the value and impact of AI initiatives to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, with at least 5 years of experience leading AI teams.
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Strong leadership, management, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with AI platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and AWS SageMaker is a plus.
