Job Description:
We are seeking a Chatbot NLP Modeler to join our team and help us design and build advanced natural language processing (NLP) systems for chatbots. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of NLP solutions that enable chatbots to understand and respond to human language.
Responsibilities:
- Design and architect NLP models that align with chatbot's objectives, from proof-of-concept to production.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, and translate them into concrete NLP solutions.
- Lead the development and implementation of NLP models, algorithms, and architectures for chatbot, such as intent recognition, entity recognition, and dialogue management.
- Continuously research and stay up-to-date on the latest developments and trends in the field of NLP and chatbot.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Debug and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process.
- Work with other teams such as software engineering and customer service to ensure the chatbot's NLP solutions are integrated and functioning correctly.
- Lead the development of NLP governance, compliance, security, and ethical frameworks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on NLP or computational linguistics.
- Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in libraries such as NLTK, spaCy, or Hugging Face.
- Strong understanding of NLP concepts such as tokenization, POS tagging, parsing, sentiment analysis, and dialogue management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering NLP solutions to production.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Experience with chatbot platform such as Dialogflow, Botkit, or Rasa is a plus.
