We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing social media campaigns for our clients, as well as developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and generate leads.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement and generate leads for our clients.
Manage the creation and scheduling of high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
Collaborate with the content team to create eye-catching graphics, videos, and other visual elements for social media campaigns.
Monitor social media metrics and adjust campaigns as needed to optimize performance.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and recommend changes to our social media strategies as needed.
Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns, and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms, as well as social media marketing best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy for social media posts.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
